Just holding this bass and you can feel the power and the solid toughness.There are a number of great 6 string electric guitar makers but nobody makes a better bass than Fender.I wish more beginners would get a Fender and put that roar and thunder back into rock like the bands of the 60s,70s,and early 80s.The best bass player ever...Mel Schacher of grand funk used this style fender.Thats why I bought one.

I LOVE THIS LITTLE BASS!!! Only had it for two full days, yet, it's personality has grabbed my bass heart and shook it. Connected to my BX1B & Hartke 12" combo, it made sounds that made my imagination soar. Wonderful bass tones, crazy effects, making "pigs fly", and attempts at the "Jaco Growl".....LOVIN' IT!. Got a set of LaBella flatwounds on the way for some deep groove warm butta action. Excellent price, excellent product. Some production flaws like uneven markers above one fret, and after removing the pick guard(cheesy), the holes left leave small cracks around them. Wanted to leave the holes exposed, by decided to but the screws back in(lame), but overall, a BEAUTIFUL instrument with a wonderful character, just waiting for me to breath life into it when I get home from a hard day. Thanks to ROGUE for making this sound & technology affordable to us part-time Bass players, full-time Bass lovers.

I recently bought this bass and I am quite impressed by it. It is well made, sounds great both with and without an amp, plays great, and is quite beautiful. I would recommend this for anyone who cannot afford a more expensive copy of a beatle bass. The only downside of the guitar are the strings which of course can be replaced.
Again this is a great guitar.

I love the Rogue VB100 bass guitar. I ordered one from Musician's Friend that was on sale. Unfortunately, they sent me a left-handed one. What a disappointment. Musician's Friend promptly sent me the return label and apologized for the mistake and all money was refunded once they received the returned item. I have since bought the Rogue VB100 from another vendor. It's a GREAT guitar with great tone and action with perfect intonation.
